INTRODUCTION
The most recent General Assembly Meeting of the Himalayan University Consortium took place in Kathmandu, in October 2018. The GAM, originally scheduled for 16-17 April 2025, could not take place due to a funding deficit. However, key decisions must be made regarding the continuity of the Consortium and other important governance matters. This emergency voting is open for the HUC General Assembly, consisting of 55 institutional members with valid and renewed membership as of April 1, 2025. The Heads of the Institutions, or designated Focal Persons, cast one vote per institution.
